Sunset Serenity in St Pete

Comfortable home with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

The place was very nice and clean . Kitchen was full equipped .

The pool is a salt water pool. It is smaller, but about 5 feet deep and very nice. The screened in pool area is fantastic. There is a table and chairs, and the yard is completely fenced. So plenty of privacy. It was a very quiet neighborhood. We felt safe and comfortable on the property. The bathroom is small, and the laundry room with the 2nd toilet is in a addition/shed attached to the house, but it works. The front porch is screened in too with a large comfortable sitting area. Its a great property. Very Large master bedroom, and decent sized 2nd bedroom. Small kitchen and bathroom. But its a great lounger spot for a vacation.

House was as described. We did have an issue with the AC when we arrived but they got it fixed the next day and refunded the first nights stay. It was totally out of their control. We stayed in a hotel the first night. We were in town to move my son back into college and it is very close to Eckerd. The house was spotless and had all we needed. My son made good use of the pool while when we were there. The rental company was super nice and very responsive when we contacted them about AC at 9:30pm. The neighbors were friendly. Plenty of parking in the front. We would definetly stay again if the house is available.
